Can u tell me somethings i can do at home to improve stamina ?

Skipping rope is a good cardiovascular exercise which would increase your stamina, and something you can do at home.

You need good exercise shoes, and a soft surface (like a carpet or wooden floor). Its best to do short routines of skipping in combination with other exercise so try this for starters:

Skip rope for 3 minutes, take a minute off and do as many crunches as you can. Then skip rope for another 3 minutes and use the break to do as many push-ups as u are able. Finally, go back to skipping for 3 minutes and finish off with doing crunches once more. Repeat, this for minimum 30 minutes everyday or very other day.
