BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. It’s your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life – a 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being.




STEP AEROBICS



A Step Aerobics class is rhythmic and helps train and enhances the cardiovascular system, builds stamina, burns fat and is suitable for those who want a higher level of fitness. This class is conducted using a step board to perform the varios workouts. It is not suitable for people with recurring knee and spine injuries.






BODY PUMP



The most successful group fitness class of all times is now available at Heat Health and Fitness, being taught by certified instructors. BODYPUMP is a non-impact class designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights to music. It develop strength and muscular endurance, burns a lot of calories and defines body musculature, as well as improves posture and helps to prevent osteoporosis, a disease becoming more and more common among women. BODYJAM



BODYJAM is the ultimate groove class. An addictive melting pot of
dance and aerobics moves, blend with the latest sound of hip-hop, funk and latin american music.

Participant Benefits: Taught with heaps of options so that everyone can look funky on the dance floor. BODYJAM is great for improving co-ordination and a good cardiovascular work-out for all levels of fitness.





BODYCOMBAT





BODYCOMBAT is an exciting release in the group fitness area. The program based on a variety of martial arts such as boxing, karate and taekwondo, aims at simultaneously training the whole body, with a focus of endurance and strength, flexibility and agility. The program is choreographed and tested by specialists.
